It’d been a while since I did a book haul but in February I ended up buying quite a few interesting books. I haven’t read any of them yet but I look forward to it.
So these are the books I bought:
- Carve The Mark by Veronica Roth
I bought this one because I liked the Divergent series and her style of writing so I thought I should give it a go. Besides, the story seemed interesting.
- One Summer In Venice by Nicky Pellegrino
It was the cover and the title that caught my attention and then I read the summary of the story and wanted to read it. It’s about a woman finding in Venice the ten things that are the key to her happiness.
- Blue by Danielle Steel
Once again, it was the cover and the simplicity of the title that caught my attention and then I found the story promising.
- The Watchmaker of Filigree Street by Natasha Pulley
Well, I admit a book cover is what catches my attention first and that’s what happened with this one. But then I have to like the summary to actually buy it which happened with this one as well.
- Slated by Teri Terry
I’d never heard about this book series before which is surprising because it really sounds like one of the types of books I love reading. I’m quite excited about reading it!
